Payment, Changes and Cancellation Terms – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Your application constitutes a Reservation Request and is not a confirmed reservation. The Registrar confirms reservations on a space-available basis and may select options you provided other than your first choices. Any full or partial Payment made at the time of this Request will be applied upon confirmation towards the amount owed. If we cannot confirm your reservation, your Payment will be fully refunded.

The following Payment is required with your reservation request. You must notify the Registrar (registrar@3mile.org or 856-235-2210) to change or cancel a reservation.

You may substitute different named individuals with advance notice. Cancellations in whole or in part are subject to the following Payment Terms:

1. Your payment will be refunded, less the Processing fee shown below, if you cancel all or part of your reservation prior to 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

2. There is no refund if you cancel 30 days or fewer before your scheduled arrival. YOU OWE THE FULL COST OF YOUR STAY.

Consider purchasing Trip Insurance in case you need to cancel your reservation.

Camp capacity is fixed to protect the island’s fragile ecosystem. Additions to your reservation will be addressed on a space-available basis and are subject to additional deposit. You may not arrive at the camp with more guests than the number for whom you have reserved space unless you have received permission from the managers before your arrival.
